Merry Christmas

We are enjoying Christmas in Boise this year! Hope Santa can find us!! Its fun to be with family and watch the cousins play together. I think that the shopping is done and all is ready. Hope that you all have a very Merry Christmas and enjoy all the festivities. Pictures will come later, once we get back home!

During my recovery from surgery(thyroid surgery) my mom has been taking care of the boys! So they have had lots of fun playing with Grannie.

The Polar Express

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving in Vancouver, Washington. Anthony got to ride on the tractor with Uncle Kim and his cousins. So Fun.


The day after was a huge surprise for all the children. Anthony and Jacob along with 6 other cousins got to ride on the Polar Express to the North Pole to see Santa! We got abroad a train and went up Mt. Hood in Oregon. All the kids wore their PJ's and we got to drink hot chocolate on the way to the North Pole! It was so fun. Even Tim wore some PJ's and enjoyed the ride as much as the kids! We all felt like we were really on the Polar Express! With the music playing and hearing the story told. All the people serving us were wearing costumes and looked just like the movie/book! And of course we saw Santa and got a Christmas bell!

Rest and Relaxation

The beautiful blue ocean, the beaches that went on for miles and the warm sunshine were only a glimpse of our trip to Hawaii. We took a week (just the 2 of us) and off we went to Maui! It was fabulous. We jumped onto a boat and headed for the island Lanai. As we came close to the island we saw hundreds of Dolphins swimming and jumping along side the boat. Unfortunately I got sicker and sicker the longer I was on the boat and ended up feeding the fish overboard! But we were able to get into the water and go snorkeling! It was weird and scary at first, but very amazing. We swam along side a sea turtle, which was cool.

We enjoyed swimming in the ocean; it was so warm and nice. Also the swimming pool was awesome with the waterfalls and caves to swim through. I took advantage of the Spa at the resort and got a massage! Very nice. Then we headed up into the hills and went horseback riding. What a view! Going to Maui was very relaxing and fun. It was a whole new world to explore. It was a blast and recommend it to everyone.

trick or treat

Anthony was a very scary skeleton, everyone was scared of him. Jacob had a variety of costumes! He had fun being someone different each time. Well now we are into November. Tim and I are looking forward to our trip this week. Then Thanksgiving is around the corner! Soon it will be Christmas! The year has flown by.

We had a great Halloween! Tim and I went to a costume party. It was fun to dress up. As you can see we went as Pebbles and Bam-Bam. Tim loved using the club all night long.

It felt like we had a Halloween week. Anthony and Jacob got to go trick or treating at the YMCA and a trunk or treat at the church. Then on Halloween we had a party at the church with all our friends. Then of course the running around the neighborhood trick or treating. This was Jacob's 1st aware of Halloween. He really likes the treats-lollipops.
