In Washington it tends to rain and rain. We've had some good rain storms that have lasted all through the night and then the next day its been sunny. This was one of those day. But the park had flooded a bit. Little boys and puddles seem to always come together. Anthony, Jake and their friends ran straight for the puddle and got soaking wet. Jake got his pants wet and was too cold so he took them off and ran around in boots and a diaper!
